As part of the project, teachers from the selected schools will receive specialized training on how to access and effectively utilize the Open University’s free online in-service courses designed for primary school teachers. These courses will provide teachers with the necessary tools and resources to enhance their professional skills, improve classroom practices, and contribute to better learning outcomes for their learners. The training will also focus on creating and sustaining Professional Learning Communities within their schools, which will facilitate peer collaboration, shared learning, and ongoing development.
